Board Members

President: 
Oversees meetings of the stockholders and of the Board of Directors and general operations of the club.

Vice President: Mark Grappone. Has all the powers and performs all the duties of the President in the absence of the President. Also serves as Tennis Program Chair.

Treasurer: Travis Boucher. Oversees the financial accounts, records, reports, and financial operations

Secretary: Clara Dietel. Keeps records of all meetings of the stockholders and of the Board of Directors, conducts the correspondence of the Corporation, and has custody of all records except those that pertain to the office of the Treasurer.

Director: Audrey Bourque. Brings her expertise in marketing and communications. In her role as Social Chair, oversees social committee responsible for implementing social events throughout the season.

Director: Catherine D’Ambruoso. Also serves as Membership Chair, including recruitment and onboarding of new members.

Director: Matthew Lear. Shares expertise in construction, grounds management and business.

COPOCO welcomes new directors Matt Andrus, Chuck Gilboy, and Peter Thompson to the board in August 2025.

Committee Chairpersons

Membership: Catherine D’Ambruoso
Responsible for recruiting new members, providing tours, accepting applications and welcoming new members.

Social: Audrey Bourque
Oversees social committee responsible for planning and implementing social events throughout the season.

Pool Facility: Alex Holmes
Responsible for overseeing the opening and closing of the pool, working with contractors/ volunteers and training lifeguards in daily pool operations.

Pool Personnel: Jessica Forrest
Responsible for hiring and supervising club manager and pool personnel

Tennis Courts and Facilities: Marty Walsh
Responsible for management of COPOCO's tennis facility

Tennis Pros: Mark Grappone
Responsible for hiring and managing tennis pros.

Buildings: Chris Graham
Responsible for maintenance of built structures, including buildings, picnic tables, benches and assisting with tennis structure.
